Alejandro Markous is one of the founding partners of the firm.
He has extensive experience representing local and international clients in complex civil and commercial litigation, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. He regularly advises clients on disputes related to a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, construction and real estate, agency and distribution contracts, banking matters, aviation law, and telecommunications.
Before joining our firm, Alejandro was partner at Marquez Smith, where he led and managed high-scale cases. Prior to that, Alejandro was a senior associate at Beccar Varela and a semi-senior attorney at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal and Fiorito, Murray y Díaz Cordero.
He has written articles on commercial arbitration and regularly participates in conferences and congresses within his field of expertise.
He is a professor in the Lawyer Training Program [Programa de Entrenamiento para Abogados (PEA)] organized by the Forum of Studies on Justice Administration [Foro de Estudios sobre la Administración de Justicia (FORES)].
She is member of the Buenos Aires Citi Bar Association [Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal].
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
